Welcome to Rewind. By making a booking or visiting our experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings
All visits to Rewind must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking channels.

Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.

2. Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time.

Late arrivals may result in a reduced experience time to avoid delaying subsequent bookings.

3. Group Size
Each booking is for a maximum of 4 guests, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Age Restrictions
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for the behaviour and safety of children during their visit.

5. Looking After the Room
Many of the items within Rewind are genuine vintage collectibles.

Guests are welcome to interact with the displays and equipment, but we ask everyone to please treat all items with care and respect.

Any deliberate damage will result in charges for repair or replacement.

6. Food & Drink
Food and drink may only be consumed where permitted.

Alcohol is not permitted at any time due to licensing,

7. Photography & Video
Photography and video recording for personal use are encouraged.

By sharing your experience online, you help others discover Rewind.

Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission.

8. Health & Safety
Guests must follow any safety instructions provided by staff.

Anyone behaving in a dangerous, abusive or inappropriate manner will be asked to leave without a refund.

9. Accessibility
We aim to make Rewind as welcoming as possible.

If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact us before your visit so we can advise and assist where possible.

10. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Rewind cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.

11. Changes to the Experience
From time to time, displays, games, films or room layouts may change.

These changes are part of keeping the experience fresh and do not affect the overall experience.

12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to this, Rewind shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your visit.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
